The editors answer that age old question, “If you could have any magic or superpower, what would it be?”
JORDAN ARCHER
If I could have any superpower it would be to shoot electricity out of my hands. Why? Because it just looks totally badass! It would be like having your own personal taser in your hand. Just think, every time someone annoys you, you just zap them! Yes, I know this sounds a little sadistic but in the ideal world, someone who could shoot electricity out of their hands would walk down a street as everyone else stares at them in awe. Don’t believe me when I say it’s that awesome? Check out Kristen Bell in Heroes. Sure, her character Elle was completely mental and should have been sectioned, she looked 100% badass. Of course, I would quite possibly settle for any super power, because let’s face it, being ordinary can be just so… ordinary.
LAURA PIETROBON
I’ve always thought it would be really cool to be able to control the elements – you know, fire, earth, air, water. It is really hard to choose between the four of them. I mean, I think air would be the coolest, as you could use it to glide on and then you could probably sort of fly, while water would mean you could control plants as well, since there is water in them, not to mention you could shoot icicles at people. Fire, of course, could be seen as the strongest of them all, not to mention practical as you could just light a small fire anytime you got cold, and earth would be cool to.
Oh wait. I’ve just realised I don’t need to choose between them all. I’d just choose to be THE AVATAR. Problem solved. Anyone know where I can get an air bison?
JESS MATTHEWS
I would choose the ability of teleportation, because I am so busy and constantly running out of time to actually get to the places I need to be. Plus, if I could teleport I could finally travel the world -FOR FREE!
