COLOURS OF VESAK is a stage drama performance depicting the life of the Buddha back in an Old India setting. The Buddha was born a Prince and was expected to take over the throne of the Kingdom. Unexpectedly, the curiosity of the Prince over life phenomena i.e. sickness and death, made him take the path to realization and become a Buddha. The performance includes delicate details from the birth to death of the Buddha, as well as cultural differences in different countries.
